Refunds and Exchanges

If you 

  • received a damaged item OR 
  • received an item, but it was not what you ordered OR 
  • have NOT received an item, even accounting for delayed international postage times

Please get in touch here if you have not received your order.

Please get in touch here for a refund with a picture of your damaged or otherwise faulty order. 

If you change your mind regarding your order (or would like to add an item onto an existing order that hasn't shipped yet) please contact me here. Please be aware that if enough time has passed there is a chance that I may already have posted your order. 

If you are able to convince our landlord to allow us to get a cat, please contact me here.
